The old Tal Handaq School Bell

I was looking at this photo of the Liceo Vassalli Memorial and noticed the empty
bell frame (is there a proper technical term for this?) where the old School Bell
used to hang. Just for fun I thought I'd put it back into the photo - although the
frame is now leaning a bit. The photo is of the original bell which was taken down
in 2001. The bell now resides (fully refurbished) in the School Library. See Tim
