You will note from the colour of my school belt that I was in
green house (Stevenson).

I seem to remember that on sports days we also wore a
green tie. Actually I'm fairly certain we did wear a house tie as
I have a clear memory of lending my tie to a girl (LK) on my
school bus to use as a sash (she'd forgotten it). I felt
positively chivalrous and I do remember that when she gave it
me back the next day it smelt strongly of scent - hmmm how
romantic!

From 1957 through 1960 the other houses were red
(Nelson), blue (Drake) and yellow (White).

I have been told by Tony Simmons (1968) that in his time
yellow was Hawkins House.

"Houses"
Have since been told by Berne Male (1975 -77) that due to
reduction in number of pupils, there were only three houses
during his years at the school. They were:

Red (Tedder House), green (Cunningham) and blue
(Alenbrook). Poor old yellow was no more.

Anyone have any more information about house names etc?
