Odd the things you remember:

I did recall that there was an "IN" and "OUT" door to the library and that it
always seemed uncomfortably cramped inside. However the thing I
remember most about the old school library is that as soon as I walked in
through the door I immediately felt an unaccountably strong urge to use the
loo.

The need would usually disappear before I made it to the toilet block.
