This photograph has been scanned from a card that I was kindly given during my visit to the
school in July 2004. The card was originally produced in 1983 as an invitation to attend the
Liceo Vassalli Speech Day. It is quite interesting to note that:

The trees are considerably smaller than on the aerial photos taken by Keith Poulton in September 2000.

The tree at the back of block-16 is still there in this photo. It is not present on Keiths 2000 photo's and
is just a stump today (as you'll see from my photos of block-16).

I can't make out a palm tree by block-7 and it's already quite mature on Keith's 2000 photos.

The covered pathways are in place (anyone have a construction date?).
